Today we welcomed representatives from MindMate who delivered a great workshop on transitioning to high school. We talked about the worries we have about moving to high school and we were surprised to find out that many of us have the same worries!

We also considered ways of helping manage our worries and identified who we can rely on for help as we transition to high school.
